Questions
What do you need from me to start?
Measurements, photos, plans or a sketch. Rough is fine; I’ll ask for whatever’s missing.
Can you work from my designer’s plans or a hand sketch?
Yes. Existing plans, a sketch or a set of photos all work as a starting point.
Is a 3D model the same as permit drawings?
No. Models, renders and dimensioned drawings are for planning and building, not stamped plans for a permit. An architect or engineer handles those when a project needs them.
Can I change the design after I see the model?
Yes. That’s the point of a model: trying changes before they cost anything real.
Do you build or install it?
No. Design and models only, working alongside whoever builds it, like your contractor or cabinet maker.
What does my contractor or cabinet maker get?
Dimensioned drawings and cut lists they can build from, and renders that show what it should look like.
Do you work with designers and contractors?
Yes: models and renders for client presentations, and drawings for the trades.
How much does a 3D model cost?
It depends on the size and detail of the project. Send what you have and you’ll get a clear answer before work starts.
Want to see it before you build it?
Send measurements, photos or a sketch, and what you want to see.
